Virginia FREE members are corporations, foundations, business trade associations, private-sector professionals, political action committees and individuals doing business in Virginia.
Virginia FREE does not dictate the level of dues. We ask that members contribute at a level commensurate with their peers. The chart below is intended to provide you with guidelines for deciding on your level of annual support.

Virginia FREE is a not-for-profit corporation organized under section 501(C) (6) of the Internal Revenue Code. Contributions to Virginia FREE are deductible as a necessary and ordinary business expense, and they are not affected by the elimination of the deduction for lobbying expenses.
