VAFREE launches the public side of an all-new Web site. Using the most advanced generation of Internet tools and technology, a complete re-engineering has taken Web-based political information to new heights.

www.vafree.com has long been recognized as an industry leader and is often copied by peer organizations across the nation. Since its initial launch in 2000, the Web site has delivered the best political research and analysis ever available to business. On December 5, VAFREE raised the bar another notch, jumping ahead of the curve to take advantage of recent advances in information technology. The member's only side is set to be completed in early January.

Design: Totally redesigned from top to bottom with modern design elements and a new look that will compliment content and enhance function.

Navigation: The newest approaches in navigation make the site intuitive, user-friendly, and more efficient in its delivery of products and services. We make it easy to find what you?re looking for.

Features coming in the all NEW VAFREE Members Only site:

Member Access: With advanced technology, an initial, one-time log-on is all that?s required for VAFREE supporters to access the exclusive member-only area of the site without having to enter a user ID and password.

Search Functions: A new, advanced search engine enables you to quickly find the information desired. In addition, the existing ?Power Search? area of the site is enhanced, allowing users to retrieve and sort information from the centralized database and create customized reports with the click of a mouse.

New Legislator Profiles: Colorful, informative narrative profiles of all General Assembly members are updated in the new site.

Improved District Profiles and Maps: Scientific analyses of all 140 legislative districts and our 11 congressional districts are updated for the new site and now include vastly improved, full-color geographic district maps generated with the latest GIS technology.
