Statewide Candidates Meet With VAFREE Members; House Contenders are Scored on Business IssuesVAFREE members interviewed and evaluated candidates in key legislative races on September 15 in Richmond. On Day 2 of the candidate forum, all six statewide candidates appeared before the group to discuss their campaigns and answer questions about issues important to business.
Forum participants were asked to evaluate legislative candidates as follows:

I. On a scale of 10 - 100 (100 being strongly pro-business), how do you rate this
candidate’s position on important business issues?
Recommended Action
II. On a scale of 10 - 100 (100 being definitely support), how strongly do you recommend
that business and industry support this candidate for election this year?
